This Privacy Policy applies to the AF Protect360 Batch Exporter Chrome extension (the “Extension”). The Extension helps users who are already signed in to AppsFlyer and have the required permissions batch-export Protect360 reports and generate consolidated analysis files locally.

1. Information we process

• Trial request information: the email address submitted by the user and the Extension version.
• License information: the license code entered by the user, a random installation identifier generated by the Extension, and the Extension version, used for activation, device binding, and license verification. The server stores protected hashes of the license code and installation identifier, not their raw values.
• AppsFlyer website content: App lists, Protect360 reports, and related page information that the user is already authorized to access, processed only to perform exports explicitly requested by the user.

The Extension does not read, upload, or store AppsFlyer passwords, cookies, or API tokens. It does not collect health information, payment information, personal communications, precise location, browsing history, or keyboard and mouse activity logs.

2. How information is used

Information is used only for the Extension's single purpose: performing Protect360 batch exports and local report generation within the user's existing AppsFlyer permissions, together with the trial requests, license activation, device binding, expiration checks, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting necessary to operate that feature.

3. Local processing and server storage

• AppsFlyer report reading, consolidation, analysis, and file generation take place locally in the user's browser. AppsFlyer report data is not sent to the Extension developer's servers.
• Settings, task state, and the license cache are stored in Chrome extension storage and can be removed by uninstalling the Extension or clearing its data.
• Trial-request and license-management records are stored in a licensing service hosted by Cloudflare for as long as reasonably necessary to administer trials and licenses, prevent abuse, maintain security, and satisfy applicable compliance obligations.

4. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell user data, use it for targeted advertising, creditworthiness, or lending, or use it for purposes unrelated to the Extension's single purpose. Data is processed by Cloudflare as an infrastructure service provider only as necessary to provide, secure, and operate the licensing service, or disclosed when required by law.

5. Security

Data transmitted between the Extension and the licensing service is protected with HTTPS. License codes and installation identifiers are stored by the server only as hashes combined with a server-side secret.

6. User choices and data requests

Users may decline to submit a trial request, stop an export at any time, or uninstall the Extension. To request access to or deletion of personal information held by the licensing service, contact the publisher through the Support feature on the Extension's Chrome Web Store listing.

7. Third-party services

Use of AppsFlyer remains subject to AppsFlyer's own terms and privacy policy. The Extension is an independently developed third-party tool and is not an official AppsFlyer product.

8. Chrome Web Store Limited Use disclosure

The use of information received from Chrome APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Policy updates

We may update this policy when features, legal requirements, or security practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
